Gentle Reminders to Members:
- To maintain membership, attendance at a minimum of three business meetings per year and participation in club activities are required.
- Will meet as indicated (By-Laws, Article IX), on the fourth Monday of the month at:

Board Members
Will meet on the Wednesday preceding each regular Club meeting at the Peabody Institute Library at 7:00 pm unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
Tune in to DCAT if extremely bad weather occurs on day of meeting.
Guest Nights
Sponsor educational and entertaining speakers at least twice a year which are open to guests of Garden Club members.

$5.00 fee per guest
Mayflower
Subscriptions may be given to the Treasurer. Subscriptions will be sent in November. Cost $8.00 yearly. The Mayflower is the official publication of the Garden Club Federation of Mass., Inc., published bi-monthly in January, March, May, September and November.
Mornings of Design & Horticulture
Each month the Mass. Federation sponsors a “Design Workshop,” “Back to Basics” and “Morning of Horticulture”. Unless otherwise listed, all activities will be held at The Espousal Center, 554 Lexington Street, Waltham, MA. The dates for the “Mornings” are listed in each monthly program page of this handbook.
